How to Use Them

A Sensible Order to Work Through.

01
Week 01

Audit what exists today

Complete the audit starter kit with representatives from every team that talks to customers. Resist the urge to fix anything yet — the goal is an honest picture.

02
Week 02

Map the journeys that matter

Choose two or three journeys with the highest volume or highest stakes and map them end to end, marking every handoff and waiting point.

03
Week 03

Set standards and language

Agree response standards per channel and draft the first message templates. Publish both internally so expectations become shared rather than assumed.

04
Week 04

Automate and measure

Apply the automation checklist to the routine steps you identified, then define the small measurement set you will review every month from now on.

Philosophy

Written for Teams, Not Consultants.

These guides use the same structure our own teams follow during an engagement. Nothing is held back to force a conversation.

If you complete them and want a second opinion on what you found, that conversation is available — but it is optional, not the point.

Guide FAQs

Before You Download.

Request the guide through the contact form and our team will send it directly, along with a short note on which sections tend to matter most for your type of business.
The guides are provided free of charge. They are intended to be genuinely useful whether or not you ever work with us.
Yes. Share them across your organisation freely. We only ask that they are not resold or republished as your own material.
That happens most often at the journey-mapping stage. A short working session with our team can usually unblock it in under an hour.

Start With the Audit Guide.

Most teams find three obvious improvements in the first workshop alone.
